Build your stack

Pick what you need. Watch your stack come together.

Toggle what applies. No commitment, just a clearer starting point.

Most business connectivity problems aren’t technical. They’re structural.

Your fibre provider handles fibre. Your voice provider handles voice. Your cloud reseller handles cloud. When something breaks at 2pm on a Tuesday, you’re the one holding three support tickets and no answer.

BIS runs your internet, your calls, your cloud, and your security under one contract and one support line. When something goes wrong, you call one number, not three.

0 vendors. 0 number.

One contract, one support line, one point of contact.

BIS consultant meeting with a business owner

We’re not the biggest name in business connectivity. We’re the easiest to work with.

Bigger providers make you fight through a branch directory to find someone who owns your account. BIS gives you a direct answer in one conversation; a proper quote, a real timeline, no chasing three departments to get one problem solved.

If you’ve been burned by “we’ll get back to you” before, that’s exactly what we’re built to fix.

How it works

Step 1

Assessment

We look at what you actually have and what you actually need.

Step 2

Proposal

A clear, specific proposal. No vague packages, real numbers.

Step 3

Onboarding & support

Installed, supported, and one number to call if anything breaks.

What you actually get

Real case studies land here once we’ve pulled together client names and numbers worth sharing. Until then, here’s an honest walkthrough of exactly what happens when you request a quote: a real assessment call, a written proposal with real pricing, and a named point of contact through onboarding.

No surprises after you sign

Before you sign anything, you see the exact contract terms, not something buried three pages into a schedule. Response-time commitments are stated in hours, not a vague promise to get to it “as soon as possible.” And once you’re onboarded, you keep a named point of contact instead of getting handed back to a queue.

Common questions

What happens if our connectivity breaks?+

You log it with BIS, not a call centre queue. We escalate straight to the network provider and stay on it until it's fixed, one number for you to call, not three. [Placeholder: the specific response-time-in-hours commitment lands once Phase 2 confirms it per product.]

How long are your contracts?+

Most agreements run on a rolling basis rather than a fixed term, cancellable with 90 days' written notice. Some products carry their own minimum term or early-exit fee on top of that, but we'll always show you the exact terms in writing before you sign anything.

How long does onboarding take?+

[Placeholder: actual lead times land after Phase 2.] It depends on the product. A SIM-only line can be active same-day; a new fibre install depends on network availability at your site.

Do we need to sign anything to get a quote?+

No. A quote request or callback costs you nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.

What if we already have a provider?+

That's fine, the Bill Audit tool is built for exactly this: see what you're paying now against what you could be paying, no pressure either way.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll tell you what fixes it.

Request a callback and a BIS consultant will call you back on a business day to talk through what you actually need, not a script.
